 (:went training in the morning today, quite excited. first training after return from taiwan. return from taiwan seems long ago when it's onli 4days. LOL. sun was hell. TOO BIG. ahhhh. ran 6rounds 1st level corridors. killer. very long nvr run that long liao. then did some pitching sets with nett and cheryl. some are new. did 2sets one hand batting. and gradually, we learn to appreciate the weather of taiwan. we were all sweating like _____. did some fielding sets. then 4 more batting/fielding with siewying:D the pitched targets. 50balls. i got improve liao. haha. 7targets. total 24 strikes. ahhh. almost 50% le. must make it till like more more. thanks and sorry cindy! did endurance. XD then waited for collection of books with suli eunice cindy. damndamn heavy la the books! after that went bballing with yaoxiang ginang angie. sun was scorching hot. buaytahan le then walked off. hah. :( i always see you online. but. you arent talking to me, nor replying my smses or msgs.
