 trying to make this post long.drag drag drag LOL. today's first trn of holiday. woke up at 540. reached at 740. trn at 830. LOL. coach was late. so we warmed up ourselves. up and down field. then stretching exercise to 3quarter of field. die. LOL. field damndamndamndamn big. 3sets shuttleruns. then pitchers did pitching sets. lijuan annette suemae jieling delia clara. 6 die tgt. heh. 6sets 20 powerset. then 2sets running-pitch sets. in btwn the 8 sets, every 4 sets got pt. 15male pumps. 10 suqats 7sprints of half soccer field.
