 backed frm sftb. ;DDBINGO. physical today. ytd i was still saying dhat long time haven do physical XDXD #01 ran one round. #02 wheelbarrow. #03 piggybacking. #04 wheelbarrow. #05 piggybacking. #06 endurance. [TOTALLY FREAKED OUT.] #07 8 diff pitching sets + shotput. #08 and after every picthing sets nid to do 10PUMPINGS and 10 full squats XDXD so did 80 of each all together ;D #09 relay throwing. #10 2 sets of sacrifice fly batting. #11 4stes of 15 pumpings. lawls. whenn i heard bout the last set. mine and nett's reaction were the same. lawls. nvrm. did 140pumpings all together today. and my shoulders r aching lerhh. but admit dhat my pitching has improved after 2mths of hibernation. lol lols.
