 lalas.juz found out how fast xinyi post on her blog abt today's training decided to post too (: today all e sec3s were not here. having camp. unice was not here too. so no one was dere to lead. lol. sec1 ran in e front, but huineng n cindy ran so fast! so got to slow down oh yarr e field's wet. but luckily it nv rain sia after running n stretching, coach taught us how to do the "step batting". i think dat's wad it is called ba. not sure. wa. quite tough as i kept losing my balance. hahas i love the SYNERGY bat!! dunno why, though its 23OZ. den we did the batting of twice at a time. dunno wad dat's call. after e firz set, i was called to bat wif nett. i was puzzled cuz supposingly my partner shld be swee. O.o ltr we 2 do pitching set. den while me n nett were warm up pitching, we can see dat in e end, swee n huineng together. lol others were batting. den e rotations....... power set at longer distance... belly-button pitching (long dist.) [i always nv turn my hip] after dat nett did e running stuff while i continued mine actualli i was supposed to do e running stuff too but den my stepping.. lol den coach wan us to run one round. wa. tired sia. nvm got strong wil n determination. jiayous den coach let us pitch while swee catch. O.o first time did a real pitching. tense n excited. huineng came and asked coach if she can catch too den coach ask me to pitch to huineng anw, after huineng left me n nett pitch to swee again yay. at least i gotta a strike. or 2. forgotteh. so happy ~~~~ den went fielding. (: center-field anw, i like fielding more den throwing. lol. dunno why. we got to fire to home or 3 or throw to three or one or two. shld be liddat if i nv remember wrongly. den did base running. run run run... quite fun. i almost slipped and fell. got to sprint more. when we kept e equipments we found out dat there r new balls!! me n nett wan.. lol O.o siewying's n wanying's shoes n shoebag / plastic bag were infested wif thousands of ants. i ain't kidding. shermaine dislike ants very much n immediately went to kill dem. (= brave. coach oso helped out too... -------------------------------------- went home after dat. oh yarr. 4 days le leys getting more worried. maybe it's jus dat it was confiscated barr. countdown: 4MONTHS 06DAYS =P gtg now BYEEE Labels: Pitching. |
